It all began with a love of sweets and the dream of owning a cake shop. Though the shop hasn't happened, the creativity is still alive in my own kitchen. To me, a recipe is like chemistry and requires precision. Fondant is like clay that can be molded into just about anything you can imagine. But beyond the frosting and fondant is being a part of good celebration in someone’s life – birthdays, baby showers, weddings, and even a business pitch. It’s pure sweet creativity!
