BHG PEOPLE

BHG’s distinction as a premier workplace stems from its exceptional culture, where investing in people leads to company success. A simple request for career fair materials evolved into the creation of a brand that reflects BHG’s values — people, growth, teamwork, and success. This project introduced the term “People,” which was adopted by the People Development department, replacing Human Resources to reflect a more personal approach. Our efforts earned the 2021 American Inhouse Design Award from Graphic Design USA, highlighting our dedication to cultivating a unique culture.

The vibrant colors in each letter represent the individuality and diversity of our team members — from varied ethnicities and backgrounds to unique personalities and experiences. Like a spectrum of hues, each person’s distinctive qualities come together to form the word PEOPLE.
