BHG’s distinction as one of the premier workplaces is rooted in our exceptional culture. We firmly believe that our greatest asset is our people, and when we invest in their growth and development, they, in turn, contribute to our company’s success.

What began as a simple request for a tri-fold and banners for a career fair evolved into an opportunity to craft a brand that authentically captures the essence of what makes BHG’s culture and people truly exceptional. The overarching theme of our brand centers around our people, opportunities, growth, teamwork, quality, and success. This concept gave birth to a memorable phrase and logo, with the term "People" eventually adopted by our People Development department as a more personalized and contemporary replacement for Human Resources.

Our efforts were recognized with the 2021 American Inhouse Design Awards from Graphic Design USA, showcasing our commitment to fostering a special culture at BHG.

The vibrant array of colors within each letter symbolizes the individuality and unique differences present among team members, ranging from diverse ethnicities and backgrounds to distinct personalities and varied experiences. Much like the spectrum of hues, each team member contributes their distinctive qualities to collectively form the word PEOPLE.
