InStaffing, formerly a staffing company under the ownership of Bankers Healthcare Group, specialized in healthcare industry recruitment. However, as of 2019, the company ceased operations. Nonetheless, the process of creating its branding remains one of the most exciting assignments I’ve undertaken.

The logo design thoughtfully combines a recognizable person icon with a map icon, symbolizing the ability to locate and connect the right candidate. The positioning statement harmonizes with the graphic, depicting a bustling street teeming with busy professionals, highlighting InStaffing's prowess in candidate placement. The vibrant color palette injects dynamism into the brand, while the rounded typography adds a friendly and approachable touch to the company’s identity.
